Christopher-Meloni

Christopher Peter Meloni (born Christopher Peter Meloni) is an American Actor, best known as a star of the well-known TV series 'Law and Order Special Victims Unit. His interest in acting began during his college years. He was a student of acting at the University of Colorado at Boulder. While he has appeared in movies as well as on TV but it's the character actors on smaller screens that have given him popularity. He is able to play two characters, one from the perspective of the police as well as the other. This is the reason that has made him so popular. When he first appeared on television, for his debut production, he played an infamous serial killer. Later he portrayed the role of an NYPD investigator. The small screen performances of his were rewarded with numerous Emmy Awards nominations and PRISM Awards. His most attractive facial feature is said to be his distinctive blue eyes that are regarded as a signature and have aided in depicting rough characters with charisma. People's magazine's 2006 list of Sexiest Men Alive included him.
